Effective July 11, 2026. These terms are a contract between you and Whensdays LLC ("we", "us") covering your use of whensdays.com and its services. By using Whensdays - including as a guest via an invite link - you agree to them.
Whensdays is a scheduling tool for groups: availability polls, RSVPs, events, groups, and related notifications. It's provided free of charge today; we may add paid features later, and basics that are free will stay free.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where you're in the European Union, unless a parent or guardian has consented). By using Whensdays you confirm you meet this requirement.
Don't use Whensdays to harass or impersonate people, post unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights, send spam, scrape at scale, probe or disrupt the service, or misrepresent an event. We may remove content or suspend and terminate accounts that violate these rules or put other users at risk, with or without notice.
If you believe content on Whensdays infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the material's location, a description of the work, your contact details, and a good-faith statement of unauthorized use, and we'll remove infringing material promptly. Repeat infringers' accounts are terminated.
How we handle data - including calendar data and analytics - is covered by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Whensdays is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders and notifications will always be delivered - don't rely on Whensdays as your only record of an important commitment. Events are organized by users; we're not a party to them and aren't responsible for what happens at them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising from your use of Whensdays. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (today: $0). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
You can stop using Whensdays or delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for data deletion). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive - your content license for delivered copies, disclaimers, and liability limits - survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court.
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Whensdays after a change means you accept the updated terms.
